The scope of your request, as written, will entail costs for locating records. We do not waive costs. I am happy to provide a cost estimate but instead ask if you would clarify what you mean by “officials at the ND Attorney General’s office” so that I can avoid unnecessary time and costs.

By officials, we mean the Attorney General; Chief Deputy Attorney General; and Assistant Attorney General. Thank you.

From: Office of the Attorney General - North Dakota

All Assistant Attorneys General? There are 40 attorneys located in offices across the state. There will be a cost to have each AAG search records, particularly as you have numerous names listed.
Please clarify. There likely will not be any cost to search for records of the Attorney General and Chief Deputy.

From: Andrew Perez

Let’s please change the scope to just the Attorney General and Chief Deputy Attorney General. Thank you
