Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the police report produced by the North Charleston Police Department pertaining to an alleged sexual assault committed on October 23, 2015 by a 16-year-old male named Antoine Miller. The existence of the report has been widely reported by news media:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
