Mr. Lipton,

The North Carolina Attorney General's office has processed your attached public records request.

The Department of Justice has reviewed contract and financial records for information responsive to your request. The Department's records do not indicate that any business has been conducted with Theranos as there are no records of contracts or payments provided to the vendor. Additionally, at this time, the Department does not have any plans to secure their services in the future.
