This request is vague. Please clarify the following:

· The database of all complaints made to the "Report Wildlife Violations" tip line.
What is the time period? Complaints regarding what?

· A log of all incoming and outgoing calls from the "Report Wildlife Violations" tip line.
What is the time period? What calls specifically?

· Any documents related to the issue of entrapment.
Entrapment issues as it relates to what?

From: Evan Anderson

For the first item you referenced, I am asking for complaints related to poaching between January 2012 and December 2014.

For the second item, I am requesting the same type of complaints/calls (those related to poaching) during the same time period as above.

For the third item, I wish to remove this part of my request.

Therefore, my request has been modified to the following:

Any presentation slides, briefs, memos, or other documents pertaining to the use of social media to catch poachers.
The database of all complaints regarding poaching made to the "Report Wildlife Violations" tip line, between January 2012 and December 2014.
A log of all incoming and outgoing calls related to poaching from the "Report Wildlife Violations" tip line, between January 2012 and December 2014.
A list of property seized under asset forfeiture laws in relation to Operation Something Bruin.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you,
Evan

A copy of documents responsive to the request.

From: Evan Anderson

Hi there,

Thank you for providing these documents. However, the only documents here seem to be related to complaints about illegal hunting. Can you confirm that there are no responsive documents for the other items I requested?

Thank you,
Evan

To Whom it May Concern,

This is an appeal to the partial completion of my request, copied below. I requested the following records:
"Any presentation slides, briefs, memos, or other documents pertaining to the use of social media to catch poachers.
The database of all complaints regarding poaching made to the "Report Wildlife Violations" tip line, between January 2012 and December 2014.
A log of all incoming and outgoing calls related to poaching from the "Report Wildlife Violations" tip line, between January 2012 and December 2014.
A list of property seized under asset forfeiture laws in relation to Operation Something Bruin."

I was given a fee estimate which I paid. I was then provided documents that only concern the illegal hunting aspects of my request. As you can see, I requested more than that. Several emails and a phone call requesting clarification have gone unreturned. The Wildlife Resources Commission has apparently refused to answer my questions.

Sincerely,
Evan
