Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

A. Pursuant to NC General Assembly (lawmakers) requiring that "all" ex parte's G.S. 50B's must be "audio recorded" up until July 31, 2015. See the "Modern-Day-Lynching" Cheryl Howell was informed to corruptly change from her original internet posting to: https://civil.sog.unc.edu/ex-parte-dvpos/

1. We request copy of the 2015 "original posting" by Cheryl Howell that "specifically" reflected "[...] "up until July 31, 2015..."
2. Request copy of any and all emails to Cheryl Howell that requested the change from original, who requested change; and
3. Request copy of the December 31, 2014 NEW YEAR EVE ex parte 14CVD305 "audio recorded hearing" alleged Judge R. Les Turner presided Greene County Court hearing "testimony" by Plaintiff Altonisha Edwards, with Pamela Baughman the custodian records clerk of court "recorded the hearing." Here, custodian records Pam Baughman and Judge Heath, DA Matthew Delbridge and\or others named can provide copy of this required "audio recorded hearing ex parte 14CVD305."
4. And the above alleged "audio recorded hearing" as required by NC General Assembly (law makers) violated, gave rise "motive, means, method opportunities" for the September 2014 to December 8, 2020 Democratic Party's voted\appointed officials "modern-day-lynching", weaponized, politicized, partisan illegal-immigration sanctuary state North Carolina, similarly the Chief District Judges David Brantley, trial Judge R. Les Turner, trial\Chief District Judge Elizabeth Heath, Judge Annette Turik, Judge Wendy Hazelton, Judge William Stackhouse, US Intelligence Agency\IC, DoD\DIA, D-NC G.K. Butterfield[s], Bivens FBI\DOJ, DHS-ATF and foreign national, foreign government and\or organization official[s], Nigeria Police Ahmed Umar to cause or had to be caused 2016 repeated Tuskegee Airmen event; and Sept\October 2018 Goldsboro\Wilson\Durham-Raleigh attempted murder. ---- Here, request copy of:

a) "any and all" Federal or State Policy, and\or US Attorneys General GUIDELINES and]or FBI POLICY to state N.C. that authorizes, allows for the "usurpation, supplant, bypass of the N.C. General Assembly's District Court Rules Procedure that required New Year Eve December 31, 2014 ex parte 14CVD305" to "not be recorded"; and\or

b) request any and all Policy or Guideline that authorized for the Requestor father to be subjected to attempted murder and\or the February 8th, 2018 pre planned planted false-evidence in furtherance to scheme to conceal the December 2014 to December 8th, 2020 underlying immigration and child physical injuries federal offenses under color of right and 2015 to 2020 candidates and elections foreign interference with United States, U.S. Immigration District Court impaired from its purpose, operation.

Greetings. Seek response if honoring Request or should we seek answer to other Agency, entity officials? We are following up on the North Carolina AOC, Supreme Court, General Assembly law, and\or District Court Rules Procedures requiring that all ex parte's to be recorded up until July 31, 2015.
