Ms. Russell:
My apologies for a delayed response, but in going through e-mails, I came across this and do not see where we responded.
North Carolina does not have a state police force. Within our department, our law enforcement divisions would not traditionally be called in for a domestic violence situations due to their jurisdictions. We have no records responsive. It is suggested that you contact individual county and city law enforcement agencies.
Sincerely,
Pamela Walker
