Dear Mr. Osborne: I am receipt of your public records request, dated
February 16, 2016, in which you request “Copies of the initial contract
between Appalachian State and Coach Scott Satterfield and the last
contract.” I am writing to clarify which contracts you would like since
Coach Satterfield began coaching as an Assistant Coach, then was promoted
to Head Coach. Are you requesting his first contract as Head Coach and
then the subsequent contract as Head Coach? Please verify at your earliest
convenience. Thank you.

Sincerely,

*Anita K. McGowan*
