Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Under the Freedom of Information Act I hereby request you to produce any written record held at any place, government agency, or department, as well as any other records in any shape or form that specifically mention myself, Leonora Jane Cillay. I have good and sufficient reason to believe that persons known and unknown to me may have made false statements and therefore that there are false records against me to put me on a watchlist and under observation, for example, as a non-investigative subject.

I have talked to someone in authority who has told me this is the right process to follow and that if I have trouble they will assist me personally.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
