To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I have been referred to the NDAO from the Bellingham Police Department and their attorney for my request of information. I am seeking the first interview date of Ronald A Moore(deceased) by the Bellingham Police Department and in this current request I would like to add the date of his first interview with any MSP Detective from the NDAO in regard to the murder of Theresa Corley Bellingham MA 1978. I understand the 42 year old unsolved homicide of my sister is still considered "active" by your office. I have been told in my last two requests for updates spanning approximately 6 months, that "there is nothing new to report." I am seeking just the dates of the interviews, specifically, the first date of any interview with both agencies, with all other pertinent information, that may interfere with the resolution of my sister's homicide, be redacted. I would also find it acceptable to be contacted by your agency with information delivered privately.
My initial request for information from the Bellingham Police Department has been referred to the MA Supervisor of Records who have requested an in camera review of my request of the Bellingham Police Department records.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

GERALDINE HOUDE

I am still awaiting the information in the above request.

From: GERALDINE HOUDE

I am seeking the first interview date of Ronald A Moore (deceased) I have been referred to you by the Bellingham Police Department. In our previous discussions of Theresa Corley's case your department has shared information with me such as the name of the individual whose DNA you were able to match to her jeans. I feel assured you will provide just the date of the first interview of Ronald A Moore by the Bellingham Police as well as the Norfolk County DA detective. Such information from my view would not impede any potential prosecution due to Ronald A Moore being deceased.

To whom it May Concern,
In light of the fact it has been close to 43 years since the murder of my sister Theresa Corley and the NDAO having "no new updates." I would like to appeal your response and will follow up with the Supervisor of Records.
Sincerely,
Geraldine Houde
