Pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all incident reports (including descriptions of the crime) associated with a bias-motivated crime that took place on 2014-12-03.

Please note that although I'm making this request through a Massachusetts based website, I myself am a resident of Virginia. If you'd like a photo ID to prove my residency please email me at

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
