Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to Norco contract with Accela to purchase Accela Permits Plus permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

A public records request was forwarded to our office via Mr. Chad Blais, Public Works Director, on August 3, 2017; please note that all public records requests are filtered through the City Clerk's office. You have requested for a copy of the contract/agreement for Accela Permits Plus software used in the City's Building Division, to include original contract, date of implementation and maintenance costs, total costs, contract duration, and all services rendered.
Upon research of City records, the original contract/agreement could not be located, to the best knowledge from our research it has been determined that an agreement was approved for Permits Plus program back in 2001, or thereafter. The attached file contains copies of invoices paid over the last few years of their service to the City; any invoice prior to these are no longer on record, per the City's Records Retention Program. The agreement has since expired, although the City still uses the program; in-house IT Division takes care of any maintenance, or other issues.
Thank you for your patience while records were researched. This completes your public records request as the City does not have any further records responsive to your request.
