The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To clarify, the ask was not for information related narrowly to the election of BOCES officers which you seem to be referring to when you mention "BOCES elections", but the following:
Any and all documents and communications with BOCES in regards to school board elections for the past 60 days.
Any and all documents and communications with NYSSBA in regards to school board elections for the past 60 days.
Please ensure that your research and response is inclusive of all scope referenced in the initial request (including all school board elections, with particular focus on the school board election for your district) with a date ending with the date of receipt, although any correspondence after the 60 day period ending when you received the initial request would be accepted. Just to confirm BOCES/NYSSBA are referred to as communication counter-parties and not just possible topics of reference.
