A message was sent to you regarding record request #22-139:

Dear Northwestside Coalition:

Thank you for writing to Village of Niles with your request for information pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.

On 3/15/22, you requested the following documents: All emails sent to, or received from, (including To, Cc, Bcc fields) email addresses containing "@vniles.com" between September 1, 2021 and the date this request is processed (inclusive of those dates) which contain one or more of the following words, terms, or phrases (case-insensitive):

-"flock safety"

-"surveillance"

-"LPR"

-"license plate reader"

Your request is granted.

We have enclosed copies of the documents that you requested.

To make the size of the file manageable and something we could work with, we removed the attachments from the emails and the processed those separately and uploaded any attachments pertinent to this request, that didn't include Law Enforcement Sensitive/LEADS data, which cannot be disseminated per Section 1240.80(d) of Title 20 of the Administrative Code. While processing this request, we also realized that there was a gap in the email file, causing there to be some blank pages. The gap spanned email from 10/27/21 through 12/7/21. These email have been included in a second file with (Missing Emails) in the title.

Sincerely,

Chris Kobeski
