Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Trustee Carolyn Drblik, in a Niles-Maine District Library Special Board Meeting on May 24, 2021*, said she sat with Stephen Yasell for "four hours" and "came up with a laundry list of issues that I see here at the library that aren't addressed". We would like any documentation, notes, and communication from that 4 hour meeting and also the "laundry list" of issues.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your June 10, 2021 Freedom of Information Act request, by e-mail, the Niles-Maine District Library responds as follows. Your request has one part, and our response is noted below:
