Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1.) A copy of any and all Niagara County Sheriff's Office Facebook posts, posted or published by the Niagara County Sheriff's, which state or reference the following words in quotes: "Katie Riford" for the following time frame : January 1, 2019 to March 16, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that the Niagara County Sheriff's Office does not keep records related to their Facebook posts. As a result, the Sheriff's Office does not possess records pursuant to your request. However, the Facebook posts you are requesting may still exist on Facebook so you may want to take a look there.
** You have the right to appeal this decision, should you desire, directly to the Chairwoman of the Niagara County Legislature, Niagara County Courthouse, 175 Hawley Street, Lockport, New York 14094 (Telephone (716) 439-7000).
