All files submitted to the Accessibility Office (TAO) are kept on file for five (5) years after the last time the student requests accommodations or has registered with The Accessibility Office (TAO), including Testing Permits. TAO will purge all records that have been inactive after five (5) years. It is the responsibility of the student to retain all records. If the student does not work with the office for the specified period of (5) years, and the record has been purged, the student will need to restart the registration and intake process with current documentation.

TAO also adheres to the requirements of CFR ยง14209(f), Retention of Records, the College keeps all records and accounts pertaining to each period of enrollment of veterans and other eligible persons intact and in good condition. If TAO receives a written request from the General Accounting Office or the Veterans Administration no later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the five-year (5) period, the College will keep the records longer as requested.

5. Any and all policies related to mental health, including but not limited to policies governing leaves of absence (voluntary and involuntary) for students, as well as any logs or reports that note the voluntary and involuntary leaves of absences students have taken each year since
