Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the sole source contract approved for TransPar Group, Inc. entitled "DOE School Bus Operations & Logistics" and approved by the NYCEDC Executive Committee on June 24, 2020. It is labeled as having Project Code: 9463.
Additionally, please include any materials exchanged between the NYC EDC and TransPar Group, Inc. exchanged for the calendar year leading to its approval (i.e., from June 2019 to June 2020). This includes any materials leading to the decision to determine that TransPar was sole source for this procurement; any solicitations, marketing and promotional materials; requests for / statements of vendor information; and requests for / statements of qualifications.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
