Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any documents detailing analysis or potential strategies for a so-called "Taxi Bailout," by which the Taxi and Limousine Commission would take some action to preserve or slow the decline in the value of the city's taxi medallions.

I also request any future estimates or projections for future scenarios of taxi medallions prices.

For reference, this issue was discussed in the following news article:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
