All internal revenue taxes filed and all closing/sale/ownership documents (i.e. HUD, Banking, Contract of Sale, tax returns) pertaining to the following properties, 1187 Greene Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11221, 1087 Gates Ave., Brooklyn NY 11221, 176 E. 55th St., Brooklyn, NY 11221, 355 Clinton Ave, Apt. 1B, Brooklyn, NY 11238, 365 Clinton Ave., Apt. 11G, Brooklyn, NY 11238, 59 Quincy St., Brooklyn, NY 11238, beginning in December 1960 through 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
