Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
* Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for New York City Police Department agents corresponding to use of any and all of the following products and brands (company name in parentheses): Taser (Axon), LRAD (Genasys), Defense Technologies (Safariland), PACEM Defense. Please include document authors and dates
* List of full postmortem reporting requirements (e.g. subject resistance reports) for New York City Police Department agents after deployment of above products against civilians
* Blank copies of any forms related to postmortem reporting requirements for { agency name} agents who deploy, or who supervise the deployment of, the above products against civilians
This request is not being made for commercial purposes and will be used for the public benefit. For this reason I request that any fees be waived. If this is not possible, kindly inform me as to the nature and amount of the fee as soon as possible.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The New York City Police Department (NYPD) has closed your FOIL request FOIL-2020-056-15480 for the following reasons: (https://a860-openrecords.nyc.gov/request/view/FOIL-2020-056-15480)
In regard to the documents which you requested in the first bullet point:
* Records related to Taser/Axon were provided in a previous email.
* Records related to LRAD are denied on the basis of Public Officers Law Section 87(2)(e)(iv) as such information, if disclosed, would reveal non-routine techniques and procedures, and Public Officers Law Section 87(2)(g) as such records are inter/intra-agancy materials.
* A search was conducted for documents related to Defense Technologies and PACEM Defense and this unit was unable to locate responsive records.
In regard to the documents requested in the second bullet point, they are not maintained as described in your request.
In regard to the documents requested in the third bullet point, I must deny access based on Public Officers Law Section 87(2)(e)(iv) as such information, if disclosed, would reveal non-routine techniques and procedures, and Public Officers Law Section 87(2)(g) as such records are inter/intra-agancy materials.
