Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

-Copies of oaths of offices for each of the current school board members in District 27, including, but not limited to, Jennifer Carreon (previously known as Jennifer Albert), the District 27 Superintendent, and the board members from IS 137

-Copies of or information regarding surety liability insurance bonds or public school system faithful performance bonds and contact information for the bonding agent covering each of the board members, including Jennifer Carreon (listed in first bullet), as required by Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's Regulations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
