Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all written testimonies submitted during the consideration of the Stonewall Inn as public landmark in June 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

LPC Staff can issue a Notice of Compliance (NOC) indicating a completed project conforms to an existing LPC permit; or a Miscellaneous Amendment (MISC) where revisions, updated drawings, or an increase or decrease in the approved scope of work is necessary. Applications filed at the Department of Buildings (DOB) for Certificates of Occupancy (CofO), Letters of Completion, and Post Approval Amendments (PAA) will require also require LPC approval.
