Dear Sir:

I am appealing the decision to 'redact' certain parts of my Aided Report #013201101149.

I have a right to know who the individual police officers are that were involved in my arrest which the NYPD calls "Aided."

I also have a right to know who the person was that I allege made a false complaint about me. This is a person of interest. Video evidence does not support this person's interpretations and perceptions of the event that transpired on August 8, 2011 at Union Square Park.

There are 5 "police officers" identities that I must know for my federal claim of false arrest. I have a right to know who these individuals are.

What is the name of the police officer on the scene at Union Square Park that originally wrote my "Aided Report?"

What are the identities and names of the 3 EMT's that accompanied me to Bellevue? In the NYPD report it states "Treated By EMT 6724" Who is this specifically?

Name of ambulance company used to transport me to Bellevue?
