Queens Borough President Melinda Katz emails and documents

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Complete lists of 2015 and 2014 Queens Community Board members.

Copies of any and all 2015 and 2014 Community Board applications submitted to the office of Queens Borough President Melinda Katz.

Copies of any and all correspondence to or from Queens Borough President Melinda Katz or to or from personnel in her office (including without limitation all email correspondence sent to or from any email address within the @queensbp.nyc.gov and @queensbp.org domains) referencing or pertaining to 2015 and 2014 appointments to Queens Community Boards.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
