Hello,
I am amending request 202213044 in response to your letter dated December 19, 2022. The list of requested documents has been revised to:
- Any policies, procedures, protocols, memos, directives, and/or guidelines distributed within the last five years concerning the use of barrier devices (e.g. gates, chains, ropes, fencing, or similar) within the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
- Any policies, procedures, protocols, memos, directives, and/or guidelines distributed within the last five years concerning limiting access between the Port Authority Bus Terminal and its points of entry (e.g. the use of door locks or barrier devices).
The two sets of documents described above would have been distributed to Port Authority Police Department employees, and/or PABT operations and facilities employees. This should help narrow the scope of your search.
- Any policies, procedures, maintenance records, and work orders distributed within the last five years concerning the maintenance of doors between the Port Authority Bus Terminal and its points of entry, including street-level doors and Subway-level doors.
The set of documents described above would have been distributed to staff responsible for facilities maintenance at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. This should help narrow the scope of your search.
- Any invoices, contracts, statements of work and/or reports distributed within the last five years concerning the installation, maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of doors between the Port Authority Bus Terminal and its points of entry, including street-level doors and Subway-level doors.
The set of documents described above would have been distributed to Port Authority administrative staff, including staff responsible for handling relationships with vendors. This should help narrow the scope of your search.
If you are unable to provide a response including all four sets of documents without further clarification I ask that you provide an interim response containing any sets of documents that do not require further clarification.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Jacob Henner
