To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. The total number of uses of force reported in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 (separated by year).
2. The total number of use of force complaints submitted in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 (separated by year).
2. The total number of use of force complaints sustained in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 (separated by year).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi, the data I requested is not available via the link you sent. The link includes use of force data (not the firearms discharges reports, but all uses of force) for only 2016-17. It does not include data for 2014 and 2015 as requested. It also does not include information on use of force complaints and the number sustained for any of the years. Please send the requested data.
