Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the police report concerning an incident that occurred on March 23, 2017 near 109th Ave. and Sutphin Blvd. in Jamaica. According to news reports, a half bald woman with yellow and orange hair punched a 26-year-old Muslim woman. The incident associated with the police report has been widely reported in news media:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
