- A copy of the contract
-Any and all invoices related to the contract
-Copies of all bids for the contract
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This letter is written in response to the records request you made to CUNY Records Officer via e-mail dated August 7, 2018, pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law (“FOIL”). Specifically, you requested:
For the contract awarded to Pepsi, reported on in the media-

Enclosed are the documents responsive to your request.
Since the contract is one that recognizes Pepsi as CUNY’s exclusive beverage provider, there are no invoices related to it.
If you disagree with any ruling made in connection with this request, you can appeal to the General Counsel and Vice Chancellor for Legal Affairs at the CUNY Central Office located at 205 East 42nd Street, New York, New York 10017.
