To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all electronic correspondence, dated between June 1 2013 and the date this request is fulfilled, between any employee of the Public Advocate of the City of New York, including Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, and any employee, reporter, or journalist of The New York Times. From: RecordsAccess Appeal

Please be advised, that the correct email address to submit any Appeals
for records of the Office of the Public Advocate, is
recordsaccessappeals@pubadvocate.nyc.gov . This is the first your
appeal has been sent to our attention, as I believe you have been sending
it to a non-operating email account of a former employee of the prior
Public Advocate Administration.

Can you please provide the basis of your appeal, clarify your request, or
do you wish our Office to review our files again for any records that meet
your request, under the appropriate sections of the NYS Public Officers Law?

thank you,
