Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all agreements between the New York Police Department and any other government or private security entity regarding or referencing Trump Tower (and adjacent areas in midtown Manhattan), the Trump family, or President-elect Trump. Please include all available nondisclosure agreements, memorandums of understanding, contracts, or any other agreements between this agency (and/or any precinct, division, or subdivision thereof) and any other security/law enforcement agency, private or public, internal or external. Please include all such agreements with the following entities.

- divisions within the NYPD
- Secret Service
- other area law enforcement, police departments, or Sheriff's departments
- each branch of the military
- any private security agency or collection of agents
- G4S
- Keith Schiller and any associates

However, please do not limit the scope of this request to simply those agreements with the aforementioned entities.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
