Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

-All concept of operations (CONOP/CONOPS) memos, administrative guidelines or operation overview documents which describe the mandate, scope and aims of "Operation Crew Cut", which was announced by the NYPD in October 2012.

-All weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual or other regular reports compiled by Operation Crew Cut to date.

-All training materials prepared for NYPD officers assigned to Operation Crew Cut.

-All briefing/presentation materials prepared by the NYPD to describe Operation Crew Cut at legislative hearings, meetings, conferences or other presentations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
