Any contracts or agreements between the New York Police Department and the company Elucd signed between Jan. 1, 2013 and today, May 9, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This is an appeal of the Freedom of Information Law request 2017-PL-8747, for which the NYPD's F.O.I.L. Unit replied that there are no responsive documents. The request asked for contracts or agreements between the New York Police Department and the company Elucd signed between Jan. 1, 2013 and today, May 9, 2017. The company's work for the New York Police Department has been acknowledged by NYPD officials, including Police Commissioner James O'Neill, in multiple media reports (links below). Therefore, the finding that there are no responsive documents must be in error.
