Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any emails sent or received by any officer of the 26th precinct of the NYPD containing any of the following words or phrases: "columbia" // "Columbia" // "Columbia University" // "Columbia Public Safety" // "columbia public safety" // "Columbia Univeristy Department of Public Safety" // "bollinger" // "getzler" // "ignat" // "Mel's" // "Mel's Burger Bar", from January 1, 2013 to the date this request is filled.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
