Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All proposals, planning documents, and emails related to the planning or execution of NYC Cyber Command (NYC3) projects that centralize, consolidate, or bring together separate databases and data lakes for the purposes of enabling analysis and doing predictive analytics. These projects are alluded to by the NYC3 Deputy CISO, Threat Management at around 9 minutes and 27 seconds into the video here: https://livestream.com/accounts/686369/events/8016998/videos/168969673

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
