Dear Ms. Zadrony:

Please be advised that, after a diligent search, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene has determined that we have no records responsive to your Freedom of Information Law request. We have not been asked to conduct, nor have we conducted, any evaluation of the New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project nor have we denied or fulfilled or otherwise been involved with any grant with this program. In addition, an email search of the agency's archives for a program with that name failed to produce any documents.

Thank you,
Chari Anhouse
