Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any records or correspondence pertaining to plans or preparations to respond to developments in the federal Special Counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, including the firing of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. For reference, the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police has recently confirmed such plans in its jurisdiction, as described in The Week's April 18, 2018 article "Pittsburgh's police department is preparing for riots if Trump fires Mueller," available at https://theweek.com/speedreads/768275/pittsburghs-police-department-preparing-riots-trump-fires-mueller

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
