Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:A copy of the NYPD Patrol Guide Procedures, or any draft of said procedures, related to mandatory body-worn cameras.The 2012-2017 MOU between the City of New York and the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association, created January 31, 2017, Section 6B makes reference to such a guide:"The Department shall provide the Union with copies of Patrol Guide Procedures related to mandatory body-worn cameras for review and comment before publication."This request is being made on behalf of a news organization and is strictly for newsgathering purposes.The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
