Mr. Appel,

Good to talk with you on the phone today.

I checked the website: mamais.com. The page that formerly had a list of clients, including HPD, is now password-protected (mamais.com/affiliates). I called the office, and a rep told me that they had had a redesign, and had taken down that page, though she didn't know why. I am searching for an archived version.

See the November site: https://web.archive.org/web/20131109215801/http://www.mamais.com/

And today: http://www.mamais.com/

Note that the "Affiliates" tab is gone. Searching for that page.

Mr. Appel,

May I amend my request to search only for contracts between HPD and Mamais, and contract between HPD and Columbia, within that geographic area--but not contracts between all three?

Thank you.

Mr. Appel,

The official name of Mamais, according to the NY DOS is "MAMAIS CONTRACTING CORP." and not "Mamais Construction" which they do business as.

(See: http://appext20.dos.ny.gov/corp_public/CORPSEARCH.ENTITY_INFORMATION?p_nameid=262441&p_corpid=220252&p_entity_name=mamais&p_name_type=A&p_search_type=BEGINS&p_srch_results_page=0)

Will that aid in your search?

Sincerely,
Conor Skelding
