Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

- Cleanliness inspection reports for the Manhattan Central Booking facility filed between Jan. 1, 2014 and the time this request is processed.
- All complaints received about conditions of Manhattan Central Booking received between Jan. 1, 2014 and the time this request is processed.
- Operating procedures for Central Booking processing of detainees

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
