Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

As reported in a press release by i-HLS and corroborated by an article in Forbes, Israeli start-up Eyeron Systems is currently manufacturing “micro-sized drones” with the intention of pursuing the market of US law enforcement and first-responder agencies. The company reportedly “works with strong distributors around the world and advanced purchasing procedures are underway with many customers. Letters of intent were received from leading fire and police departments in the US.”

In reference to the above articles, we hereby request:

1) Any and all communications between the department and Eyeron, Nimrod Ron (founder/CEO), or any distributors regarding products by Eyeron, including but not limited to monetary transactions, purchase agreements, purchase orders, invoices, MOUs, letters of intent, negotiations, consultation on product specifications, and past or existing contracts, from January 1st, 2016 to August 16, 2018 (or the day this request is submitted)

2) Any and all correspondences with any union, organization, city department or government agency regarding the purchasing/receiving or intent to purchase or receive products by Eyeron Systems, from January 1st, 2016 to August 16, 2018

3) Any and all manuals, training materials, brochures, or other documents related to the use of products and technology by Eyeron Systems that have been exchanged with the department, from January 1st, 2016 to August 16, 2018

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
