Date of Death May 16, 1977.

Mary Ellen May McHugh (Daly) DOB: March 30, 1899.
Date of Death: 1942 (Month and Day Unknown)

Also would like any information available from the Coroner's Office on Mary Ellen May McHugh specifically "Cause of Death".
