Hi,
I would like to narrow the scope to the following dates and keywords:
July 16-18, 2010, any records relating to Julian Assange, Jacob Appelbaum, Adrian Lamo, or Wikileaks
July 13-15, 2012, any records relating to William Binney or the National Security Agency (NSA)
July 18-20, 2014, any records relating to Edward Snowden, Daniel Ellsberg, or the National Security Agency (NSA)
July 20-22, 2018, any records relating to Chelsea Manning
I hope this sufficiently narrows the scope for you.
