Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any statements or reports provided by corrections employees Aldo Tejeda, Tonya Huston, or Matthew Turner concerning the August 29, 2021 death at Rikers Island of Segundo Guallpa

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
