Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All records relating to the March 17, 2016 arrest and processing of Brooklyn letter carrier Glen Grays.
All records relating to the prosecution and dropping of charges against Mr. Grays.
All records relating to subsequent investigations of the arrest, including the arresting officers and supervisors, any administrative action taken as a result of the investigation, and the disposition of the investigations.

I'm writing to bring to your attention correspondence I've had with the USPS OIG regarding records in their possession on this incident. See https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/glen-grays-arrest-prosecution-and-investigation-united-states-postal-service-office-of-inspector-general-71867/.

In 2019-IGFP-00269 Hahn, Adam Final Determination (attached), Kathy Kikel, USPS OIG FOIA Public Liaison, mentioned that there were at least eight pages of materials originating from the NYPD pertaining to this matter. Please ensure their release (as well as any other responsive documents) with my FOIL request.
