The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I received the attached document stating my request had been assigned to the Detective named in the attached letter and that a response would be given with either an approval or denial of my request, it's now a year since then and no contacts have been made and no response given.
I'd like to know what the status of my request is and also when i will be getting a response to this information.
