Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
All available materials regarding any and all agreements related to the allowance for, maintenance of, and location of eruv boundaries within any of the New York City boroughs. Please include, but do not limit, responsive documents to:
• any and all current leases and associated amendments
• any available permits
• any available invoices related to the maintenance of the eruv boundaries
• any and all policies, procedures, restrictions, or other guidelines regarding the allowance for, maintenance of, and location of eruv boundaries
• any and all maps, GIS coordinates, and other visual indications of eruv boundaries
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
