Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
All Department records mentioning or pertaining to the late Vito Joseph Lopez, widely known as Vito Lopez. An attached obituary shall serve as proof of Lopez having passed away in 2015; as such, there are no longer privacy exemptions that prevent disclosure under NYS FOIL.
To assist in the identification of records, the first five digits of Lopez's Social Security Number are 050-34. Date of birth as listed on Wikipedia is June 5, 1941; date of death listed on the same is November 9, 2015.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I was directed to https://a860-openrecords.nyc.gov/response/843672 which was supposed to be the response. However, I am receiving an error message. If it is possible to fix ASAP, I would appreciate it.
I withhold an appeal pending my review of the granted documents.
