To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request that the following records be emailed to me, if possible:

the most recently created or updated list, spreadsheet, database, worksheet, factsheet, index, or other means of tallying, tracking, summarizing, or outlining some or all of the non-profit or not-for-profit entities created by or on behalf of, staffed by, controlled by, or affiliated with any and all CUNY campuses. Such entities may be known as: related entities, campus-related entities, auxiliary service corporations, alumni associations, student government associations, clinical practice plans, foundations, housing corporations, or as affiliates of any of the foregoing.

If such a single record does not exist, please email me individual records that document the existence of each nonprofit or not-for-profit entity that likely meets the foregoing description.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
