Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
Correspondence between Laura Gray, formerly a senior vice president at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, and any employee or representative of the Liro Group, an E.D.C. contractor.
Records requested include letters (to, from, or copied to Gray), emails (in which Gray is in the sender, recipient, Cc, and/or Bcc fields), memoranda, and other communications. Records requested also include any documents enclosed or attached to responsive communications.
Please search your records from February 26, 2007 through September 31, 2013, inclusive.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, if they exceed $75.00.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, in machine-readable format for the sight-impaired, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
