Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
The most recent 100 pages of email and print letter messages exchanged between relevant policymakers of the Board of Elections and VITO J. LOPEZ, the late Chair of the Kings County (Brooklyn) Democratic Party.
Lopez is known to be deceased as of calendar year 2015 (see attached obituary). There are no personal privacy concerns with regard to Lopez that require redaction.
The scope of dates for the records to be considered spans the entirety of the calendar years 2002 to 2015.
The relevant policymakers of the Board of Elections are as follows:
Executive Director;
Deputy Executive Director;
Administrative Manager;
Operations Manager;
General Counsel;
Deputy General Counsel;
Chief Clerk, Kings County;
and Deputy Chief Clerk, Kings County.
When searching email correspondence, please apply the following search queries:
